MelnirTerms of Use
1. What the app is
Melnir is a client for Xray-family protocols. The app provides no servers, does not sell access, and is not a communications service provider. It only connects to servers whose addresses you add yourself.
2. Your responsibilities
- You choose your provider and are responsible for your relationship with them: payment, terms, support. The developer is not a party to it.
- You use the app in compliance with the laws of the country you are in.
- You do not use it for activities that infringe third-party rights or violate the law.
3. Free of charge
The app is free. It contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or payments. Any payments to a third-party server provider happen outside the app. Since the app is free and has no paid features, a refund policy does not apply.
4. Name and brand
The app's name and visual identity may not be used for other services or products in a way that suggests affiliation, without written permission.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that connections to your provider's servers will be available, stable or fit for a particular purpose — this depends on the provider, your network and your carrier, which the developer does not control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, or for the actions of server providers.
7. Updates
The developer may release updates, change features, or discontinue the app. Some versions may require an update to keep working.
